Stage 1
PRE-INSPECTION OF CARPET
We walk through and inspect your carpet and identify areas of concern with you.
Stage 2
CARPET IS PRE-SPRAYED
Carpet is pre-sprayed with a biodegradable Eco-friendly cleaning solution.
Stage 3
ROTARY SCRUBBER TO AGITATE
Carpet is cleaned with a Rotary Scrubber to agitate the cleaning solution through the carpet fibres to help loosen dirt and debris that is deep in the carpet fibres. it also helps with removal of spots and stains on the carpet.
Stage 4
SPECIALISED STAIN TREATMENT
if needed specialised stain treatment is applied. This stain treatment is separate to carpet pre-spray cleaning solution that is applied in stage 2 of the cleaning process. Additional charges may apply for some stains.
Stage 5
CARPET IS STEAM CLEANED
Carpet is steam cleaned and vacuumed thoroughly. In this process our machine will rinse the carpet with hot water and at the same time it extracts all of the moisture, dirt and cleaning solution back up into the machine out of your carpet.
Stage 6
CARPET FIBRE RESET
Carpet fibre is re-set and deodoriser applied if required. Followed by a final inspection. We inspect the carpet in great detail with you to ensure you are 100% completely happy with the results.
